Affordable Legal Services For All of Life’s Challenges

I believe that legal services should be catered to each client’s particular needs and circumstances.  To achieve this goal I treat every case as unique and give it the individualized attention it deserves.  After a free consultation, I will offer you guidance and a variety of options on how to proceed that will meet your needs and be within your budget.

My practice areas include:

  • Family Law (divorce, custody, support, annulments)
  • Criminal Defense (DUI, misdemeanors)
  • Small Businesses

Fragoso Law is based in Fullerton, CA and services Orange and Los Angeles County primarily, but has represented clients in Riverside, San Diego, and Kern County as well.

My philosophy towards conflict resolution is to view it as an opportunity to heal the relationship between the involved parties, rather than destroy it through expensive and vexatious litigation.  After all, working through a disagreement can often be the catalyst that sparks a long lasting and fulfilling business or personal relationship.  Of course, when relations break down principled and aggressive negotiations or legal action becomes necessary.

My interest is in listening to your problem and finding out what resolution will best improve your life as a whole, not just financially.  I have a policy of open communication with my clients and never charge for phone calls or emails.

Biography

Born and raised in Delano, CA, the site of a major labor movement led by Cesar Chavez, I have always been sympathetic to social issues and the fight for justice.  As such, my childhood dream was to become an attorney and advocate for people who need help.

Upon graduation from high school as valedictorian, I became the first member of my family to attend college by being accepted to Occidental College in Los Angeles, California on a President’s Scholarship.  After earning my BA in Political Science I worked in the non-profit sector while preparing for, and during, law school.  My non-profit experience allowed me to advocate for people with disabilities as well as helping at-risk high school students prepare for higher education.

In 2008 I graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in the top third of my class.  A few months after earning my Juris Doctorate I sat for the California Bar Exam and passed on my first attempt.  I was sworn in to the California and Federal Bar in December of 2008.

Today, as a full licensed California Attorney, I continue to be dedicated to social issues and helping people obtain justice.  My hope is that through my work I can have a positive impact on my client’s lives and on the community as a whole.
